There is NOTHING wrong with this item. It arrives exactly as advertised. The ONLY complaint that I have is visibility. It is difficult to read ONLY because we have it posted beside the entrance walkway on a post without anything behind it. Once we add a piece of solid white plastic or metal behind the piece, it will be perfect. I recommend the seller offer a backing option for anyone that wants to hang the piece in the open (not against a wall). If you are mounting it on a wall where the background will be bright, it is perfect.
