The letters are well built, I feel that the wiring from them should be stranded cable rather than solid core. They look great on our clients boat. Delivery was very slow and took more than 2 months. We will use Pacific again in hope of a faster turnaround.

The quality of the product seems to be very good. My major issue with this purchase is the support for a DIY installation. There was really absolutely no guidance other than a brief description with recommendations on how to install. It does come with a cardboard template however, they do not provide a way to accurately figure out where the holes for the wire should be drilled.
