Sign received without mounting studs which are clearly displayed in promotional advertising. On enquiring your firm replied " Studs not part of this signage and suggested sign be mounted directly to the wall.......very disappointed . Paid $314 for sign only ? Firm acknowledged they were at fault and refunded $50.
